What’s the difference between all-inclusive and bring your own key?
With all-inclusive, QuantumOps runs on AI we manage and pay for, and you pay one price based on ticket volume. With bring your own key, you add your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Together AI keys, your provider bills you for usage, and you pay us based on the number of agents.
Can I control AI spend?
Yes, on either plan. You choose which model does each job, set a monthly AI budget, and a banner warns you when the month-end projection is on course to pass it, and see every AI call priced in AI Usage Analytics, down to the ticket. One switch pauses AI processing of incoming tickets.
Is there a QuantumOps trial?
Trial terms are to be announced. Book a demo and we’ll walk you through QuantumOps on a real HaloPSA queue.
How is QuantumOps billed?
Monthly or yearly. Subscriptions and invoices are handled by Paddle, which works out sales tax from your billing address.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Canceling stops future billing. Subscriptions aren’t refunded for the rest of the term you’ve paid for (see our No Refund Policy).
Are the optional modules included?
No. Timeclock & Payroll, White Label Federation, call recording and transcription, QBR Studio, CSAT and surveys, and identity verification are optional modules, licensed separately. Pricing is to be announced.
